4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays or inability to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather events
  • Transport disruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order once such events no longer prevent us from doing so.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Parcels

Gleamr is not responsible for:

  • Lost parcels
  • Delayed parcels
  • Unclaimed parcels
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout

Tracking details are provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to remedies for faulty goods.

Gleamr will accept returns and refund requests when:

  • Items are returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • Items are unused, unopened, and in original condition

Because Gleamr products are hygiene items, refunds are not available for change of mind. Refunds apply only to confirmed manufacturing faults.

Returns received after the 30-day window are not eligible.
